A big thank you to all, especially David and Lisa . David helped the family through an extremely distressing time,offering support and guidance.From initial organising of the service , throughout the service and after. Contacting us at various times to make sure we were aware of what we needed to do and were happy with each step, being kind ,supportive and offering empathy.
Similarly Lisa, was supportive and extremely helpful, nothing was a trouble.
A tribute we found very touching, was the staff member standing with head bowed as the hearse passed the Houghton office.
A very professional and supportive service.

I live 133 miles away in Hull. This could have caused priblems but due to your staff's excellent help and support everything was done exactly how we'd planned. Making a very sad occasion a lot easier to do deal with.

My sister and I recently lost our Father, and his partner.  
As his partner already had a plan in place, we met with Claire Dalton from the Houghton le Spring branch.  Claire and the Team handled both funerals and were just excellent.  They took care of everything.  Nothing was too much trouble for them.  
We were in an awful situation and we are so grateful to that they helped us.  We would recommend their service, 100%.
