Nadine made a very difficult time bearable by being so kind, patient and understanding. All the staff that I had any contact with were always polite, caring and very professional. This is the fourth time that my family have used the Co-op funeral services, and we would not hesitate to recommend you and use your services in the future.

Ansty rd co-operative funerals were so very pleasant and helpful my Auntie Ann who buried her partner was very happy and has told me she will be using them for the future if she needs it and wants her children to use them for her own!! So we were all extremely satisfied with their service many thanks.

From the day we walked in to enquire about funeral to the final day of dads funeral.  The co-op funeral on Ansty road. Was absolutely amazing.  A lovely lady called Nadine,served us from day 1. Absolutely amazing friendly helpful lady.  She has been the best.  Me and my mum could not of done this without Nadine. I cannot praise her enough. Nothing,and I mean nothing was ever to much trouble. She put herself out 101% to give us what we wanted.  Always had a beautiful smile on her face. And on the day of dads funeral.  Wow. She looked amazing.  So very smart and professional. She did my dad proud. And I want the co-op funeral to know she is a CREDIT to your company.  Thank you nadine. For everything you done to make my dads journey the best.  I will miss seeing you xxx

Apart from the delay in mum being transferred from Foleshill to Ansty Road, she should have been there on the 2nd of January but was not transferred until the 3rd, the service was excellent.
The staff were kind and sensitive and treated mum and the family with dignity.
The funeral itself was very smooth again with kind, respectful staff. Thank you.

This is the third occasion in just over 12 months when I have needed to use the services of Co-operative Funeralcare, Ansty Rd, Coventry and yet again they have not let me down. On this occasion, for the first time, the family member died at home. The two gentlemen who came to the house very early in the morning were so attentive to our feelings and took such care whilst removing the body. Nadine and Adele were organised and caring as always, even though they are working temporarily from a portacabin whilst their premises are being refurbished. Nadine and all the men were very supportive on the day of the funeral and set just the right tone. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends dealing with a bereavement.

We had no idea where to start, Nadine and Adele from Ansty Road Branch were brilliant, very caring and advised us every step of the way. Claire, from Holyhead Road Branch was exactly the same, caring and professional and they all attended to our needs. We were very well looked after, every request was attended to.. On behalf of my mum and Jacks two daughters we cannot thank you enough. You made a very stressful and sad time easier. Xx
