We were helped and supported by Janet and Claire throughout the whole process. They helped with the planning doing their upmost to cater for all our needs. We felt the whole process was made so much easier due to their professionalism. They were also both so very caring. It was like speaking to family members rather than just people doing there jobs. Everything from the moment we met them seemed to have been made personal for us. We carnt thank Janet and Claire enough for all the help and support we received.

I would like to thank everyone at the Kenpas Highway branch of Cooperative Funeral Care for the excellent way in which they conducted our mother's funeral yesterday.
The planning undertaken by Janet, the preparation of the celebrant Mervyn, the sensitive way in which Claire guided us through and the excellent work of the drivers was all much appreciated. It made a sad day so much easier to cope with.

Excellent support and professionalism at every level. Janet and Claire at Kenpas Highway Coop Funeral Care kept good communication with me during the pre funeral arrangements for my Mums funeral. They guided me though the process and supported minor changes I needed to make. On the day the team made sure everything went smoothly at the Crematorium.
