Devon was so kind and supportive at a very difficult time. She supported all his family and was respectful. She went over and above for us all with everything . Would recommend their service which I feel is outstanding. Katy was very kind and thoughtful .

Really nice people, very helpful and understanding. A few different directors were involved due to annual leave over the summer, which unfortunately led to a few details being forgotten or not passed on but it was mostly sorted out in the end and it was a very nice service.

Initial meeting, and follow-up meeting, conducted with due care and sympathy.
Everything was fulfilled as requested and discussed.
The day, itself, was problem free and we felt that the arrangements were totally organised and under control, both before the journey to the crematorium, and also at the crematorium itself.

We found co-op funeral care, Heckmondwike, very accommodating to our special wishes.  We knew what date we wanted the funeral to happen and the co-op, the third undertaker we rang, managed to fit us in with a bit of give and take.
That was really appreciated.

Devon arranged both my parents funerals she was absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble and i could ring her anytime. The whole Heckmondwike coop were so helpful and brilliant nothing was too much trouble also Christine the celebrant was amazing thanks to everyone concerned.

We all have nothing but good things to say about the Co - op Funeral care Heckmondwike they treated everyone with respect and care. They were helpful and guided us through what we needed to do and also what we as a family wanted, at a time that is difficult to say the least.
