From the first call to Rob. We knew we were going to be in "safe hands". We managed to arrange the funeral with minimal fuss and were kept updated at the relevant times.Rob explained what our options were and reassured and supported the family. Thank-you.

We, as a family, thought that Rob did absolutely "What the brochure said" : he gave us information, explained choices, and costs; and encouraged us to design a funeral which respected the views and celebrated the life of our much loved Ernie. Rob then made it all happen :the appropriate green site for the quiet family burial, and the logistics for us to get there; the location and facilities for a Celebration which could bring together many of his friends to share stories of his life, to hear words he had written and poetry and music that he loved and enjoy excellent refreshments to end the day in a warm , relaxed way. Ernie would have loved it all. And we have a "programme" of the day with lots of photos to remind fok of the day and to send to those who had been unable to come, and

At what is obviously a very difficult time, with a seemingly overwhelming amount of things to organise, Rod and Sue provided a truly excellent service. They were friendly, supportive and thoroughly professional - just the qualities that were needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
