You never want to deal with a funeral, and where do you start when you have to?   All we can say is that Paul and the team took very good care of us, sensitively supporting and making sure we celebrated Nans life in the way she would have wanted, leading the way when when were unsure, making things happen and personalising them when we asked - the entire team, and the entire process reflects a most personal, professional and caring service.  Our thanks and appreciation.

I visited 3 other funeral directors and at none did I receive the the personal attention offeed by A P McDonald. I was shown into a small office, offered tea or coffee and had the whole procedure explained in detail with costs. I was give a copy of what was explained together with a brochure before I left. I was assured they were available at all times to be available and so they proved to be. They did not ask for money up front offered me an invoice for the already agreed cost within seven days of the funeral. I am very pleased with the care and attention I received and cannot recommend them too highly.

You were so caring and compassionate and I don’t believe we would have survived without you.
