It is with great sadness that the family announce that Ena passed away suddenly on Sunday 13th December 2015 aged 71 years. Much loved wife of Derek and loving Mum of Michelle and Tracy and Nanny to Eleanor, Chloe, Sophie, Katie and Jessica. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Ena was born in Cookstown Northern Ireland, where she lived with her brother ad three sisters before moving to Birmingham in 1967 where she met her beloved husband Derek at work at the GEC Xpelair, Witton. They married in September 1970 and lived in the same home in Erdington since 1972 where they have spent many happy years together.
They went on to have two daughters Michelle and Tracy and five granddaughters who she adored dearly. Ena stayed at home to raise the family and returned to work at Highcroft Hospital until she retired in 2004.
Funeral service to be held at Perry Barr Crematorium on Thursday 7th January 2016 at 11 am. Flowers welcome or donations to British Heart Foundation. The family would like you to join them to celebrate Ena's life at Tennis court public house, Walsall Road, Perry Barr, B42 1TY after the service
