In loving memory of Peter Horne who sadly passed away on 24th December 2016 in Scotland aged 79. Much loved son of the late Bill & Clara, dear brother of Margaret & Michael also brother-in-law of Jeffrey and Constance. A friend to many who will be sadly missed. No flowers by request but donations to
the charity Peter supported would be appreciated.

All the family here in Woking were very sorry to hear about Pete's passing. Like my brother Michael, I remember fondly Pete's visits to Brussels and our holiday on the narrow boat in Cheshire. Pete's sense of humour was always welcome on Birthday cards and Christmas cards, which he never missed. My children James and Alice met Pete a few times as we travelled up and down between Newcastle and London, stopping for tea and biscuits.

To Peter Horne, my god-father and good friend to our family, rest in peace.

Andrew Cobb.

Many fond memories of visits from Pete when we were living in Brussels, the Canal Holiday on the Cheshire Ring in the early '80's and the visits to Morely (and the ever present fermenting bins taking pride of place by the fire in the front room!

Rest in Peace 'Uncle' Pete.

Michael Cobb ('Little Jim').

Family Cobb, the “Cobbies” consider themselves fortunate to have known Pete for over 50years.
During that time both his visits and holidays with us and our own drop in visits to Morley were always eagerly anticipated often accompanied by some hilarious event.
His teasing and sense of humour will be sorely missed.
An adopted “Uncle” and God father to Andrew, he generously continued these duties withour grandchildren.

“Sid & Faith”,

Andrew and Jenny, Michael and Michelle, grandchildren James, Alice, Sophie and Harry.
Including our wider family.
