In loving memory of Patricia Anne (Pat) Cartledge who sadly passed away on 16th March 2017, Aged 87 Years.
She was a much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends, especially in St Mary’s Church, where she served as a Reader for 28 years.
Aunty Pat was a role model for me throughout my life. She was a dedicated and wonderful teacher. She provided a caring and loving home for her mother. She always welcomed me and my family when we visited from Canada, and provided the connection to other family members. My grief at her loss is lessened by the wonderful memories of our great discussions, joyful meals (she was a great cook too) and her thoughtfulness.

I shall miss my Aunty Pat. She was a very kind and loving person who unfailingly looked for the good in everyone and was generous in her spirit and in her ways. God blessed her with a deep and unwavering faith and a love of family and community. I like to think somewhere in heaven she is walking with Alec and the dogs are romping at her side.
