In loving memory of Sonia Rocke who sadly passed away on 24th July 2017, peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 61 years and of Brynteg. Proud and much loved mother of Jonathan, Christopher, Michael and Laurence. Loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory.
