In loving memory of Jackie Evans who sadly passed away on 25th July 2017.
Jackie was a loving wife, mother and sister, and a member of a large family as well as a dear friend to many. She loved nothing more than simply enjoying life in the company of good friends and family.
Jackies final days were spent next to a Teenage Cancer Trust ward and her family were supported by Macmillan throughout. Donations to these two charities will be gratefully appreciated.
Please feel free to wear bright, colourful clothes to the funeral service.
