In loving memory of Jeffrey Vaughan (Jeff) Green who sadly passed away on 26th August 2017, at The Douglas MacMillan Hospice, of Stoke-on-Trent, originally of Brymbo, Wrexham, aged 60 Years. Deeply loved husband of Shan, much loved and adored dad of Gareth and Tomas, loving brother of Colin, dear son-in-law to Beverley and Astrid, brother-in-law to Beryl, Julie and Phil, sadly missed uncle of his nephews and nieces.
