In loving memory of John Michael ( Jack ) Hopkins who sadly passed away on 25th March 2018
Suddenly at the University Hospital Of Wales- Jack, aged 89 years passed away.
Cherished husband to his wife of 69 years Val, Devoted and proud father of his 7 children John, Anthony, Yvonne, Pauline, Ann, Denise and to be reunited with his late daughter Gillian.
A much loved father in law and adored Bampi to his 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren
Forever in our hearts, never to be forgotten
John is resting with Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until his Requiem Mass service at St Helens Church, Barry on Wednesday 18th April at 10:30am, afterwards at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium

Mye condolences to Val, my cousins and the rest of the family. Jack was one of the best and I'm proud of him beeing my Uncle. He was allways kind to me and my hero when I was a litle boy visiting Barry from Norway. I'm also happy to have met him again several times the resent Years.
I will miss You Uncle Jack.
