In loving memory of Cyril Thomas Penny who sadly passed away peacefully on 7th April 2018 at Chestnut House Residential Home, Hope aged 88 years, of Llay and originally Bradley. Dearly loved husband of Beryl, much loved dad of Susan and Karen and father-in-law of Greg and Geoff, a special grandad and great grandad, also a dear brother and uncle.
