Sadly on Sunday 5th May 2019 at Singleton Hospital, Jacqui of Vincent Street, Swansea, much loved wife of Terry, beloved mam of Lisa and her partner Craig, devoted nanny of Harriet and Esta, loved aunty of Karen and Rhys, loving sister of Lorna, Gary and Phillip.
Jacqui will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral Wednesday 22nd May when a service will be held at Swansea Crematorium, 12:30pm.
